 Brandy Lawrence, LMT

Brandy acquired her training for massage therapy in 2015 from The Center for Natural Wellness. While growing up in the Adirondacks, she became attuned to the energies of the land, which has taught her the skills necessary to provide a climate of safety and understanding. In addition, clients and peers have said she has an intuitive sense of what her client's needs are and also a sense of professionalism that promotes an environment of healing. Brandy has enjoyed working with and supporting people with varying disabilities for the past twelve years. In addition, she has spent two years working with the elderly and two years working with adults and adolescents with varying addictions. Brandy believes that Massage therapy is a necessary component to the mind-body connection, preventive health, and a useful modality in the healing arts. Through massage therapy she feels one can create a sense of balance in their health. Brandy incorporates many different massage modalities in her sessions based on her client’s needs. Some modalities include Myofascial release, Swedish, Prenatal, NMT, Polarity, Cranial-sacral, and Reflexology. Her forte is energy work, specifically Reiki. She utilizes specific Eastern techniques in a holistic approach to self-care. It is Brandy’s hope that she can provide you with an experience of healing when suffering from dis-ease or discomfort. She exudes positive energy and a willingness to learn and teach the many applications of massage therapy. “My focus with every session is to listen to each client and develop a therapeutic plan based on the individual's needs. My goal is to assist you on your path of well-being by relieving the effects of physical, mental, and emotional stress. I strive to enhance your vitality and aspire you to bring forth balance in both mind and body”.
 Glenn LaPorte, LMT

Glenn is a New York licensed massage therapist. He has been practicing since 2003 when he graduated and received certification from the Center for Natural Wellness for Massage Therapy in Albany, New York. He is a longstanding member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Its his well seasoned hands that keep making his clients want to come back again and again. Glenn specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish and sports massage. He feels every session should be tailored for the client’s needs. He uses various techniques into every treatment to maximize the clients benefits from each session. Glenn has experience working with chiropractors and has helped numerous injured clients by promoting faster healing time.


 Karen Gerety, LMT   

Karen, originally from Syracuse, NY was raised naturopathically and lives an active life. Karen has been licensed since 2014 and studied massage at The Center of Natural Wellness, She currently practices massage in NY and VT.  Karen Specialises in Sports, Shiatsu, and Thai massage. Karen and her clients work side by side on the floor mat wearing comfortable clothing for effective stretching. This style of massage can also be done on a table.  She focuses on the target areas of dense tissue in the body applying pressure to the 12 Chinese Meridians. Karen's Philosophy in daily life is the practice of diet control, plenty of exercise and healing through massage. Karen believes in the benefits of body work which include more flexibility, increased energy, balance, and relaxation.

 James Reilly, LMT   

James is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2014 and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), a professional organization for Massage Therapists.      
His regular repeat clients include physical therapists, nurses, LMTs, and clients with a variety of health problems such as neuromuscular issues, and stress related troubles. His approach to bodywork is rather unique, integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Stretching and Trigger Point style massage, as well as myofascial and connective tissue release.  While firm pressure is his strength, relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal. James understands every client has unique challenges and preferences, and he will customize a massage to meet those specific needs.


 Altranise Harris, LMT 

Altranise is a 2011 graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. She holds a BA in Psychology from Russell Sage College and a MA in English and Africana Studies from the University at Albany. She has an interest in the mind-body connection, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, how the body remembers, and its ability to heal through therapeutic touch. Altranise is in training with Ancient Song Doula Services and she is able to provide prenatal, birth, and postpartum support. Massage modalities offered for healing, pain management, and relaxation include Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, and light touch/energy work.
