Geriatric Massage

Geriatric massage is a safe, nurturing form of bodywork designed specifically for older adults. Sessions focus on improving circulation, reducing pain and stiffness, enhancing mobility, and promoting relaxation. Gentle, rhythmic techniques are used with special attention to comfort, positioning, and any medical conditions or mobility limitations. This massage can be deeply grounding, emotionally supportive, and a meaningful part of healthy aging.

• Great for arthritis, reduced mobility, chronic conditions, or general wellness.
• In-home sessions available upon request for those with limited mobility.

Oncology Massage
Compassionate care for every stage of the cancer journey.
Oncology massage is a modified, gentle approach to bodywork for individuals undergoing cancer treatment, in recovery, or living with cancer. Each session is tailored to your current energy level, treatment side effects, and comfort. The intention is to ease pain, reduce anxiety, promote rest, and provide a caring, supportive experience. Every detail—from pressure to positioning—is adapted with your safety and well-being in mind.

• Safe for those in active treatment, remission, or palliative care.
• Includes optional energy healing or guided breathwork for added support.

Prenatal Massage
Soothing relief for the mother-to-be.
Prenatal massage supports the physical and emotional well-being of expecting mothers throughout pregnancy. Gentle, nurturing techniques are used to relieve back pain, reduce swelling, improve sleep, and ease the stress of physical changes. Sessions are safely performed in side-lying or semi-reclined positions to ensure optimal comfort and safety.

•  Available during all trimesters (with provider clearance when needed).
•  Also helpful for anxiety, sciatica, and pelvic discomfort during pregnancy.

Reiki Energy Healing
Stillness. Balance. Inner peace.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and energetic balance. It works by channeling universal life energy to support the body’s natural healing processes. During a Reiki session, you’ll lie fully clothed as I place my hands lightly over the body or just above it. Many clients report feeling a sense of warmth, calm, release, or renewed energy.

• Ideal for stress, anxiety, emotional healing, or spiritual support.
• May be combined with massage or experienced on its own.
