Healing Body and Soul, One Intuitive Touch at a Time
Reiki Healing & Spiritual Life Coaching Preparation
Welcome to your healing session. Whether you’re receiving Reiki, spiritual life counseling, or a blend of both, your openness, intention, and presence will support a deeply transformational experience.
How to Prepare for Your Session
✔ Set Your Intention
Before your session, take a few quiet minutes to reflect on what you’d like to release, receive, or understand. Setting a clear intention helps guide the energy where it’s most needed.
✔ Wear Comfortable Clothing
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for in-person sessions. You’ll remain fully clothed during Reiki and energy work.
✔ Hydrate & Nourish Gently
Drink water before and after your session. Try to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol prior to our time together.
✔ Unplug to Receive
Turn off or silence all devices and smartwatches to create a sacred, undisturbed healing space.
✔ Journaling Encouraged
Bring a journal or notebook, or have one ready afterward. You may receive insights, emotions, or guidance during or after the session that’s helpful to record.
What to Expect
During Reiki:
You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels to support natural healing and balance.
During Spiritual Life Coaching:
This is a safe, nonjudgmental space where we explore your soul’s path, current challenges, and intuitive messages. Sessions may include energy reading, channeling, guided visualization, or coaching—depending on your needs.
After Your Session:
You may feel lighter, clearer, or even emotional. This is normal. Give yourself time to rest, integrate, and continue hydrating. Insights may continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.
Common Reasons Clients Seek Reiki or Counseling:
Remember: You are your own healer. These sessions are simply here to help you reconnect with the truth, peace, and power already within you.
If you have any questions or wish to share anything ahead of time, I welcome your thoughts.
